Preview of Interview with Rick Hanson


This is a short interview with Rick Hanson, who wrote the Buddha's Brain. The central them is that our brains exhibit neural plasticity. New science is showing that our brains are not unalterably hard wired. We can change the wiring in our brain. Dr Hanson has some very good videos on You Tube.
