ILLUSTRATED THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

I recently bought a book of poetry by the Sufi poet, Rumi. It inspired me to share this quote as an illustrated thought of the week. I paired the quote with a teddy bear cholla star. Have a good week.

INTRODUCTION

I have several blogs I use to display my artwork and I post an assortment of other items to facebook, but I want to have a place where I can post a variety of short pieces; so I am creating this new blog. Posts will include videos, essays and commentaries, recipes, and more. I hope you find some interesting tidbits here, and enjoy the offerings.

I recently moved back to Maine after 31 years in Arizona. I want to keep my Tucson connection, and won't change the name of this blog; but most posts from December of 2012 on will come from Bangor, Maine. I will call those posts Bangor Bytes.
